Two01 · Services

Elite skill work, built on how you actually move.

Position-specific skill development for players who are training to play at the next level. Every block starts with a movement screen, so the work you put in on the floor is built on a body that can hold up under it.

Format · 1-on-1 and small group (4 max) Ages · Middle school through college Season · Year-round · 8-week blocks
What it is

Two01 Elite Basketball Training

You cannot skill your way around a body that can't decelerate. We build both, in the same block, and we measure both. Coach Daniels · Two01 Basketball Academy
  • Baseline before ball

Every athlete starts with a Two01 IQ movement screen — six screens, sixteen joint comparisons. We find the restriction before we load it.

  • Position-specific skill blocks

Guards live in handling under pressure, pace changes and reads. Wings work catch-and-shoot footwork and closeout attacks. Bigs work short-roll decisions, post footwork and rim finishing through contact.

  • Live decision reps

Skills learned unopposed are skills that vanish in games. Every session ends with constrained live work — advantage/disadvantage, 1v1 from a live catch, scramble reads.

  • Strength that transfers

Two lifts a week programmed off your screen, not off a template. Corrective work is paired with on-court transfer, never done in isolation.

  • Weekly film

Two clips per week from your game or session film, tagged to the thing we're building. Short, specific, and in the app.

What's included

Every athlete leaves with data, not opinions.

Assess

The movement screen

Overhead squat, single-leg balance, hinge, CM jump, overhead press and lateral shift — scored for range of motion, stability and compensation control.

Build

The 8-week block

Three skill sessions and two lifts per week, adjusted every Monday off your readiness and last week's completion.

Prove

The re-test

Re-screen at week 8. You see the exact deltas — jump, asymmetry, movement score — not a coach's opinion.

How it runs

The structure.

  • Week 0 · Screen and goal setting

Movement screen, jump and sprint baselines, and a conversation about the season you're training for.

  • Weeks 1–3 · Restore and rebuild

Address the primary restriction daily, hold jump volume flat, rebuild clean patterns at low load.

  • Weeks 4–6 · Load and express

Strength and power climb. Skill work moves from controlled to contested.

  • Weeks 7–8 · Compete and re-test

Live-heavy skill sessions, then a full re-screen and an updated report you can send to a coach.

The coach dashboard flags the athletes whose movement scores dropped before it becomes an injury.

Questions

Before you book.

How many athletes are in a group session?

Four, maximum. Below that number the reps stay high and the coaching stays individual; above it, one of the two always suffers.

Do I need to be an elite player already?

No. Elite refers to the standard of the training, not a tryout. We have first-year high school players and college athletes in the same building on the same system.

What do parents see?

Everything. Families get the movement report, the weekly program and session attendance in the Two01 app — no guessing what the money bought.
